We just installed a plugin called “WPMU Avatar Pack”.

So, now you cna upload an avatar for your profile (you can do this in your admin panel–users–profile page). The avatar will appear next to your comments. A sample page can be found at: http://blog.iblog365.com/2007/04/28/9-more-joomla-templates-added/
